The Lilies and Guitars Collection
Meet Erika Ponce, the creative mastermind behind the jewelry line Mina Ro Mina. Based in Mexico, this break-out accessories star is inspired by the small details in life—from the shape of a Begonia flower, to the curve of a Guitar—and infuses them into her delicate pieces. Erika also uses “Peñoles” a sterling silver, mined near her studio in Guanajuato, Mexico, in order to create pieces that celebrate her local culture and economy.
About Mexico and it’s influence on Erika as a Female Entrepreneur
Ponce is the first international female founder we are featuring on Plum Alley and we couldn’t be more excited. She’s overcome the domestic challenges that business women in her own country face and is becoming an unstoppable and highly-talented design force—not just in Mexico, but around the world.
