Paris is where Shoptique founder Olga Vidisheva first came up with the idea for her e-commerce start-up. Among the cobbled streets and cafes, she found tucked-in boutiques with personality and charm that only existed to Parisians. Lucky for us, she’s sharing her shopping wealth for our next trip out to the city of tres chic.
“The gem of SoPi (South Pigalle), Cancan is an edgy boutique loved by the Parisian fashion blogger community. Founder Lisa traveled the world for two years, spotting the best up-and-coming designers for a selection of rare yet affordable finds. You will never ever ever see anything like this at home – everything is picked with the most incredible stylish Parisian eye.”
“Continue your South Pigalle adventure at Vanina Escoubet. Her boutique and designs (the owner is the designer) will take you from work to home to romantic dinners without flinching. The insight of the store along will leave enormous amount of memories.”
“You cannot visit Paris and not stop by this store! Find the quirkiest items in this little shop with most everything made in Paris by local designers. The best accessories ever!” Ed note: Don’t have a ticket to Paris just yet? The best thing about Corner des Createurs is that you can shop it right on Shoptiques now. (Olga is right about the accessories!)
“Food and shopping are two of my most guilty pleasures, so no wonder I absolutely love Sept Cinq. Jewelry, shoes, bags and scarves are just as irresistible as the delicacies and sweets served at the cafe in the back. Everything is made in Paris plus the best coffee in Paris make it definitely a must-visit. This hidden gem is adored by locals, so get ready to people-watch as well!”
