Edie Parker – An American Fashion Statement

Brett Heyman, the founder and creative mind behind Edie Parker clutches, has catapulted American-made glamour to the top of every fashionable woman’s wish-list. Known for the bold colors, slim silhouettes, and lustrous confetti-like surfaces that she infuses into her pieces, Heyman’s clutches are chicly reminiscent of the bags once worn by mid-century showgirls and socialites. Today, it’s hard to see a red carpet photo without a famous face like Christy Turlington, Debra Messing or Anna Dello Russo elegantly toting one of her pieces.
Just like the sophisticated clutches from the 1950’s and 1960’s, Heyman manufactures her bags right here in the states. Each Edie Parker bag begins as a sheet of hand-poured acrylic. Then, the sheet is hand-cut and hand-assembled to produce a one-of-a-kind, undeniably impressive clutch, made to last for generations. Delicate, but not fragile, Edie Parker clutches are guaranteed to be a conversation piece wherever you might take them.
Brett Heyman launched Edie Parker in 2010 while she was on maternity leave with her daughter, Edie, who inspired the name for her brand. After creating her first clutch and toting it around town, friends and fans began asking Brett where they could buy one for themselves. One thing led to another, her company took off, and Brett has only looked back for inspiration.
